So, if you decide to forgo hiring one, please remember to do this - bring empty cardboard boxes! There is a lot to pack up after a wedding for the couple to take home. Leftover cake, leftover food, leftover everything! If you are letting your guests take home the floral arrangements, do them a favor and have a box for them to sit the arrangement in so they do not spill water everywhere.
